🌞 Timetable
10:00 – 11:00 | Morning Yoga Flow (Hatha & Vinyasa)
A beginner-friendly, breath-led flow combining grounding Hatha and energising Vinyasa to wake up the body and calm the mind.
11:00 – 11:30 | Guided Meditation + Tea
A peaceful guided meditation to quiet the inner chatter, followed by a calming cup of herbal tea.
11:30 – 12:15 | Break
Enjoy a relaxing 30-minute break with coffee, pastries, and a chance to mingle with fellow attendees in a supportive, welcoming atmosphere.
12:15 – 1:00 | Yin Yoga
Unwind with a slow, meditative Yin practice—gentle holds, deep release, and space to reconnect with your breath.
1:00 – 1:30 | Sound Bath
Let go fully during this immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gentle rain and water sounds, guiding you into deep rest and emotional stillness.
