We only accept returns or offer refunds for items that are faulty or defective, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund. Where applicable, reasonable return postage costs will be covered.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size, colour, or preference

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage or misuse

Please do not return items without prior approval, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
