Enjoy a FREE drink of your choice and take a moment to connect with fellow attendees.

🌿 Deep Stretch & Release
A grounding flow of passive and PNF stretching to ease tension and leave you feeling open and restored.
What to Bring:
Your yoga mat (a few spares are available if needed – just let me know)
Option to bring a cosy blanket or fleece for meditation/sound bath
Water bottle
Breathable, comfy layers
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
