10:00 – 11:00 | Morning Yoga Flow (Hatha & Vinyasa)
A beginner-friendly, breath-led flow combining grounding Hatha and energising Vinyasa to wake up the body and calm the mind.
11:00 – 11:30 | Guided Meditation + Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
A peaceful guided meditation to quiet the inner chatter with a calming cup of herbal tea, followed by a 15 minute sound bath.
11:30 – 12:00 | Break
Enjoy a relaxing 30-minute break with your free coffee next door at Sonder where you will also find a selection of delicious vegan pastries. The perfect opportunity to mingle with fellow attendees in a supportive, welcoming atmosphere.
12:00 – 1:00 | Yin Yoga
Unwind with a slow, meditative Yin practice—gentle holds, deep release, and space to reconnect with your breath.
1:00 – 1:30 | Sound Bath
Let go fully during this immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gentle rain and water sounds, guiding you into deep rest and emotional stillness.
